[Remote] Credit Underwriter OE - B10 - Telecommuter

This role involves monitoring and assessing credit processes and data while applying specialty knowledge to ensure compliance with policies. The Credit Underwriter will review loan submissions, handle inquiries, and assess risks in business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Reviews loan submissions for credit judgment and credit worthiness, documentation, ability to pay calculations, loan to value calculations and other functions relating to the credit decision process of the field network
• Handles resubmissions on amended loan request, respond to phone inquiries regarding reputed company made, policy questions and aid in training various visitors that come to Home Office Credit
• Approves subordination agreements
• Other duties as assigned
• Appropriately assess risk reputed company business reputed company are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputed company and safeguarding reputed company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Skills

• 0-2 years reputed company experience
