Finance Coordinator

RAPP is a global, reputed company precision marketing agency seeking a Finance Coordinator to support their Finance team in managing financial operations for client work. The role involves coordinating billing and invoicing activities, supporting financial reconciliations, and maintaining accurate job records to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships across departments to support delivery of desired results
• Partner with the Finance team to conduct financial reconciliations, including job closings, job status updates, and time transfers
• Support expense report processing and ensure timesheet compliance for employees
• Maintain up-to-date electronic job jacket files with appropriate supporting documentation
• Manage execution of client retainer invoicing in accordance with contracted billing agreements
• Code and process reputed company-party vendor invoices
• Prepare reputed company reports as needed based on evolving departmental and agency needs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company/finance preferred or equivalent experience
• Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-Motivated individual who likes challenges and can work well with others
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
