Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries across multiple channels: Chat, email and phone
  • Convert inquiries into sales by understanding the customer needs and recommending tailor solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics
  • Proactively manage a sales pipeline during slower periods, ensuring reputed company leads are reputed company
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to reputed company accurate information to clients
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in reputed company

Skills
