Grant Support Analyst

The California Department of Justice is expanding its Grant Management Unit and is seeking a motivated Grant Support Analyst. This role involves supporting grant management processes, analyzing legislation, and contributing to proposal development to enhance public safety and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of new grant management processes and systems to be utilized across DOJ offices
• Track and analyze grant-reputed company legislation, regulations, and funding opportunities to identify new program reputed company and compliance requirements
• Contribute to proposal development and coordination of grant applications
• Assist with tracking and researching grant funding sources, legislation, and compliance requirements
• Participate in process improvement efforts, contributing reputed company for streamlining workflows and enhancing communication
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission and proper recordkeeping of grant-reputed company materials
• Demonstrate strong organization, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability while managing multiple assignments
