reputed company is seeking a Help Desk Support for a contract position in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will reputed company in resolving technical issues quickly and support team growth by assisting in the training of new agents.

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to user inquiries reputed company phone or chat
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues remotely
  • Documenting incidents and solutions using a ticketing system (e.g., reputed company)
  • Assisting with the reputed company and training of new support agents
  • Escalating reputed company issues to appropriate teams reputed company necessary

Skills

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification (Associate's Degree preferred)
  • At least 1 year of remote help desk support experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Mac support experience or Mac Integration Basics certification

  • Experience using reputed company or similar ticketing systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
