reputed company is a leading aerospace and defense company, and they are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support the F22 Modernization or Sustainment Finance portfolio. The role involves managing financial activities, ensuring sound cost baselines, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance financial performance and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company have sound cost and financial baselines
- Conduct financial risk assessments and ensure accurate financial forecasts
- Collaborate with Control Account Managers, Program Managers, Financial Planning and Analysis (reputed company) teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of the reputed company financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar business systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

- Familiarity with contract and proposal processes, including various contract types (e.g., FPIF, CPIF, FFP)
- Experience with US Government reporting requirements (e.g., CPR, IPMR, CFSR)
- Knowledge of Earned Value (EV) applications and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with program management, including program execution and control
- Experience with process improvement
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
