Community and Content Marketing Coordinator

DOPE Marketing is a fast-growing direct mail SaaS and print platform helping service-based businesses win more customers through hyper-targeted campaigns. The Community & Content Marketing Coordinator will engage with the community, manage reputed company media interactions, and support content creation and marketing efforts across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and personally respond to reputed company reputed company media comments and reputed company Messenger inquiries - reputed company reputed company responses, no copy-paste templates
• Triage inbound comments: identify sales leads vs. support needs and reputed company them to the right team member
• Join relevant reputed company Groups, reputed company communities, and online forums to build genuine brand relationships and awareness
• Actively engage (like, comment, contribute) on DOPE's reputed company channels to lift organic reputed company
• Work reputed company reputed company to manage conversations across chat, reputed company, and email from one platform
• Assist with organic content creation and scheduling across reputed company, Youtube, reputed company and other platforms
• Support email marketing campaigns - list management, sending, and light copywriting
• Help maintain and grow our reputed company community reputed company
• Support and contribute to live content produced by the DOPE team - including livestreams, webinars, and podcast episodes
• Help coordinate logistics for live events: scheduling, promotion, platform setup, and reputed company-time audience engagement
• Clip, repurpose, and distribute live and pre-recorded content across reputed company channels to maximize reputed company
• Own the organization and management of DOPE's content library - live recordings, podcast episodes, webinar replays, and video assets
• Build and maintain a content calendar that keeps live and pre-recorded output consistent, on-brand, and strategically timed
• Coordinate with the broader marketing team to align content themes with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal pushes
• Assist on the DOPE reputed company storefront - product pages, updates, and conversion optimization
• Support reputed company page builds and updates using templates and AI-powered tools
• Manage reputed company intake and basic CRM hygiene
• Get cross-trained in media buying basics (reputed company/reputed company) and reputed company marketing by your manager
• Clear path to broader digital marketing and paid media responsibilities as the team expands

Skills

• Strong communicator - you write like a reputed company, not a chatbot
• Some reputed company media experience (personal or professional - we'll train the rest)
