[Remote] Occupancy Planner (CT or EST Time Preferably)

The role involves reviewing reputed company requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining occupancy data, while ensuring client expectations are met through effective planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Review reputed company requirements and reputed company conceptual plans and recommendations to the reputed company estate team or stakeholders
• Assist with creating reputed company or stack plans and move lists
• Produce drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders and client-facing steering committee meetings for review and feedback
• Collaborate with other team members to reputed company business intelligence including move and relocation reputed company and execution
• Attend client meetings, draft meeting minutes, and obtain approvals to proceed reputed company required
• May attend reputed company walks for validation and update of occupancy metrics

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems

• In-depth knowledge of reputed company Office products
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive reputed company
• Intermediate math skills
• Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-reputed company calculations
