They are seeking a reputed company Consultant for their Managed reputed company to support multiple customers across various workstreams in managed services agreements, focusing on customer reputed company, training, and ongoing project support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with new customer on-boarding
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities from project(s) and implementation(s)
- Participate in the creation of training/support documentation
- Drive end-user training to promote user adoption
- Partner with business administrators and SMEs to ensure long-term reputed company
- Efficient and timely customer communication
- Escalate customer needs
- reputed company tasks for on-going projects in a timely manner
- Respond to incoming ticket requests in a timely manner
- Ensure ticket resolutions are properly documented and communicated to customers

Skills
- 1-3 years of reputed company administration or consulting experience

- Process-minded; enjoys getting on a whiteboard to draw out process flows
- Excellent communication skills
