Loss Mitigation Intake QC Specialist

The Loss Mitigation Intake QC Specialist is responsible for reviewing the accuracy of work performed by Loss Mitigation Intake Processors and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review files with initial acknowledgments
• reputed company files for completeness and accuracy
• Ensure files are structured and saved based on company policies and procedures
• Ensure intake tasks are completed correctly
• Track errors and/or issues to identify trends and training opportunities
• reputed company error reporting to management to assess potential process changes to streamline and improve results
• reputed company training to incoming new hires
• Serve as a leader to peers and assist supervisor and manager on special projects
• reputed company other duties and projects as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• A minimum 1 year of experience processing residential mortgage loans, loss mitigation or reputed company files
• Consistently performs at an exceptional level in quality and quantity of work completed
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• SME level knowledge reputed company to the Intake processes and procedures
• Attention to detail
• Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule
• Ability to work in a paperless, automated and fast paced environment while handling a high volume pipeline
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Ability to multi-task to complete various tasks as required
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and to record, balance, and reputed company results for accuracy
• Knowledge of reputed company Suite at intermediate level preferred
