Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Sales Director, reputed company, API Sales, drive reputed company sales of our API platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology, with proven experience of selling into providers of payroll systems and freelancer/gig economy platforms, combined with a proven track record of reputed company in B2B reputed company sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills who can identify opportunities, reputed company tailored solutions, and reputed company high-value deals with reputed company clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for API adoption based on market trends and client needs.

  • Identify and engage potential reputed company clients for use cases such as buy/sell/hold digital assets, stablecoin payments, and corporate B2B cross-border payments.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand their challenges and position the API platform as the solution.
  • Consultative Selling:
  • Conduct needs assessments to tailor API platform demonstrations and proposals to align with client business goals.
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to design customized solutions for reputed company client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in reputed company sales, preferably reputed company the fitech, payments, payroll providers, freelancer platforms providers, gig economy platforms, and cross border B2B payments industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of API-based solutions and their applications in financial services.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, and cross-border payment solutions.
  • Deep understanding of payroll systems, freelancer platforms, and their unique requirements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory considerations in the digital finance and payroll reputed company is a plus.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a reputed company field (MBA is a plus).
