We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to work from home as an Auto Insurance Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, handling incoming telephone calls, and assisting with various tasks through a computer reputed company. Key Responsibilities
As an Auto Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing quality assistance and customer service in a professional and timely manner
- Responding to inbound telephone calls from policyholders and customers
- Navigating in a computerized environment to reputed company appropriate information
- Listening and recording information simultaneously and following through by assessing losses and acting upon the claim, should it require attention
- Collaborating with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Recording customer information reputed company our customer service database
- Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of call center experience handling inbound calls, with a preference for experience in insurance call and claim processing (home and auto)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers, including accurate keyboarding skills
- Typing speed of 30 wpm or more
- High School Diploma or GED
- Multi-tasking skills, including listening, talking, typing, reading, writing, data entry, and confirming
- Basic knowledge of reputed company, MS Office (reputed company, Word), Outlook, and basic computer use
- Ability to work independently from a home-based office environment
- Availability to work at the following times: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM- 8:00 PM Central Time, and Saturdays between 7:30 AM- 3:30 PM Central Time on a scheduled reputed company

- A telephone "land line" and high-speed internet in your home (mobile hot spot and/or cellular telephone service is not acceptable)
- Your own desk and chair
- Internet that meets the following requirements: cable modem or DSL, with a download speed of at least 50.0 MBPS (acceptable providers include reputed company, SureWest, Time Warner, reputed company Fiber, or ATT Uverse)
Training and Development
As a new hire, you will participate in a 3-week training program, which will cover the following topics:

- Customer service skills and techniques
- Claims processing and handling
- Company policies and procedures
