What You'll Do:

As a Hybrid Customer Service Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and processing prescription approvals for veterinary medication. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging directly with veterinary clinics: You'll coordinate prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order inquiries with veterinary clinics.
• Researching and problem-solving: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers and clinic partners, and follow-up as needed to resolve issues.
• Completing data entry: You'll complete data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex reputed company software.
• Maintaining high-quality data entry and order processing: You'll maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders.
• Operating with understanding, active listening, patience, reputed company, and kindness: You'll reputed company exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and partners.
• Communicating with veterinary clinics: You'll communicate with veterinary clinics over the phone (and other channels as needed) using our internal computer software and systems to reputed company and document clinic note accounts.
• Expecting a significant part of the reputed company to be outbound veterinary clinic/customer phone contacts: You'll be reputed company to handle a high volume of phone calls and communicate effectively with customers and partners.
• Other duties as assigned: You'll be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Be at least 18 years old and have the appropriate licensure in the state of the pharmacy you are working at, and other states and credentials as required: You'll need to meet the necessary licensure requirements for the state where you'll be working.
• 1-2 years working in a customer or reputed company focused environment: You'll need to have experience working in a customer or reputed company-focused environment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening): You'll need to be reputed company to communicate effectively with customers and partners.
• Ability to multi-task (i.e. talk on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes): You'll need to be reputed company to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
