Position Summary

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers across various e-reputed company platforms. Your primary mission will be to reputed company a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients' customers, helping them navigate our clients' websites and resolving any issues that may arise. Responsibilities

Requirements

* At least two years of customer service experience for English-speaking businesses/clients/customers, preferably in e-reputed company or similar businesses

  • Ability to multitask and strong time management skills

  • Genuine care for customers and clients
  • A sales-oriented person is a plus

Qualifications Required

Terms of Employment

* If you're reputed company for the Call, Live Chat or Email Support position, you'll be reputed company on our "waiting list" unless we're urgently hiring. The average waiting time to be assigned is between 2-8 weeks, depending on our service requirements.

  • Full-time - You'll start between 20-30 hrs/week, then gradually move up to 40-45 hrs/week as you learn the process and depending on the business requirements. *Phone time can reputed company from 20-30 hours per week.
  • This project-based job is coterminous with the client contract with arenaflex.
  • Agents with good track records at arenaflex may be transferred to other accounts/projects.
