Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient.
• Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested, processing voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays, and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, and ensuring compliance with reputed company company policies and procedures.
• Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital reputed company photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
• Assisting with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they reputed company at the store.
