Position Summary
We're currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join reputed company full-time. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing top-notch service to our valued customers. As a CSR at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries and service requests, and coordinating with field technicians to ensure timely service and efficient job reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and scheduling appointments

Requirements

- Must be available to work the required Tuesday–Saturday 11am–8pm schedule
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Essential Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
