The Role
As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for servicing a portfolio of personal lines home and auto business reputed company through multiple insurance companies, including national carriers and standard market insurers. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, process policy changes, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining and updating coverage summaries, preparing binders, and making recommendations to reputed company clients that will update and enhance their policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
- Assist with account rounding by making recommendations to reputed company clients that will update and enhance their policies

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient policy management

Skills & Experience:
* At least two (2) years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto)
- Active state insurance license is required
