Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company customers reputed company phone, email, and online. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing proactive customer service to reputed company customers reputed company phone, email, and web inquiries
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction and adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of previous customer service experience with a proven record in a high-volume call center
- Good working knowledge of reputed company products and familiarity with technology (email, internet)
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills

- Strong technical knowledge of order entry and processing systems/orders
