Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Working flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, to meet the needs of our customers
- Maintaining displays in presentable condition at reputed company times and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
- Building productive trust relationships with customers and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling
- Utilizing computer skills, including typing and computer use, to process transactions and manage customer information

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Comfortable on the computer, with typing and computer use skills

Preferred Qualifications
