(Travel: 1-2 times per quarter to the Nashville Corporate office) Responsibilities: The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, reputed company and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Recruiter will reputed company information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, reputed company process, credentialing and community offerings. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum 3-5 years proven track record of reputed company in high-volume, sales/production reputed company environment in hospital reputed company - sourcing/ reputed company for AI Machine Learning, Clinical Analyst, Change Management, Data Science. Familiar with Digital Transformation and Innovation
• Experience with ATS/ CMS systems
• Experience/ familiar with Digital Transformation and Innovation
• Critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
• High level of proficiency with reputed company Office products including Outlook, Word and reputed company
• Ability to work well independently and reputed company a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - strong client management experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
