Responsibilities: The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, reputed company and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Recruiter will reputed company information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, reputed company process, credentialing and community offerings. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 2+ years full cycle reputed company experience with a proven track record of reputed company in sales/production reputed company environment in hospital reputed company - SERVICE LINE: ALLIED (PCT, IMAGING, LABORATORY, PHARMACY, ETCETERA)
• Experience with ATS/ CMS systems - technologically versed
• Experience reputed company for critical, hard to fill positions with a variety of operational support or clinical areas
• Critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
• High level of proficiency with reputed company Office products including Outlook, Word and reputed company - technologically versed

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
