About the Role

reputed company is a leader in the reputed company-estate secured small business (SMB) finance space by enabling business owners to acquire secured funding in the fastest and most cost-efficient manner: tapping their home equity with a reputed company HELOC. We are searching for a partner reputed company associate to activate key Independent Sales Organization (ISO) and financing broker relationships.

You will be responsible for ensuring SMB leads seamlessly reputed company through reputed company’s funnel. On a day-to-day reputed company, this means ensuring ISO/broker partners are reputed company to easily submit financing opportunities to reputed company and that small business owners are provided a best-in-class borrower experience. 

This is a reputed company-generating, originations-focused role – and ideal candidates will have a strong background in partner relationship management, sales, and customer service.

What You'll Do

ISO/Broker sales & reputed company: 

  • Master reputed company’s products and our value propositions to SMB partners
  • Build strong relationships with key partners while serving as primary day-to-day reputed company of contact
  • Manage the application pipeline throughout the day – identifying the highest-potential leads, coordinating with partners, and funding deals
  • Address daily inquiries, reputed company email and phone, from ISO/broker/lender partners
  • reputed company partners on reputed company’s partner technology stack reputed company borrower application process
  • reputed company high-value program and product feedback across the reputed company organization to consistently improve our SMB go-to-market
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across reputed company ISO/funder activities

Program development:

  • Support the pipeline development and partner reputed company processes
  • Establish and track key internal and external performance indicators (e.g. conversion/approval rates, best practices, etc.)
  • Optimize partner performance – including creative testing, payout optimization, and performance analysis
  • Contribute to partnership strategy development and market expansion initiatives

  • 2-4 years of experience owning a reputed company reputed company in client- and/or partner-facing roles reputed company the financial services space
  • Understanding of small business finance and broker/ISO dynamics
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM & analytics platforms (i.e., reputed company, Tableau)
  • Experience with lender/funder platforms and processes (e.g. reputed company submission tools)
  • Exposure to the mortgage or secured lending space is a plus
  • Startup or scale-up experience with comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments is a plus

Salary

  • Compensation reputed company: $50,000 - $70,000
  • Variable: $30-45k variable – uncapped with reputed company accelerators
  • OTE: $100-115k
  • Equity stock options package
  • This is the compensation reputed company for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
