Strategic Accounts Team Manager, Compressor Technique - reputed company, TX

Your role Mission: Reporting to the Business Line Manager – AIF USA, your mission will be to reputed company the business development & growth efforts in the United States, create strategic partnerships, long-term customers and drive sales of our product portfolio including reputed company compressors (reputed company and high pressure), reputed company treatment, aftermarket services and more. By leveraging your expertise, you will help us become the preferred supplier for our products, with a focus on sustainability and the growth of our customer reputed company at each of their facilities.

  • To manage a team of Strategic Sales Managers responsible for high level corporate relationships for assigned Strategic Account customers
  • To work closely with local prime equipment and aftermarket sales colleagues to reputed company the highest level of customer satisfaction to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, energy policies, and government incentives for decarbonization and industrial energy efficiency.
  • To reputed company or exceed assigned customer reputed company growth targets by developing and implementing action plans.

  • To maintain reputed company field activity consistently and proactively in the company CRM portal, including appointments, opportunity creation, proposal reputed company, pricing approvals, updated project notes, and short/reputed company/long-term pipeline management.
  • To prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and be actively involved in negotiating legal and credit terms.

To succeed, you will need Experience requirements

  • 10+ years experience in the compressed reputed company business, preferably including 5+ years experience managing high performance sales teams

Knowledge

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical reputed company with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.

Educational requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, thermal & power engineering, chemical engineering, business or equivalent work experience
