[Remote] Associate Solution Engineer

As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams to understand client requirements and ensure successful implementations of their software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with sales and prospect in initial Discovery conversations to understand the prospect’s business needs and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to reputed company technical guidance during the pre-sales process including, but not limited to, recommendations on software, add on opportunities and positioning of the solution

  • Deliver engaging and informative demonstrations to stakeholders and senior leadership in the reputed company audience

  • Help ensure vertical sales budget is met quarter-on-quarter

  • Create and maintain pre-sales documentation, demos and environments for different use cases
  • Engage and collaborate with cross functional teams to reputed company product feedback and roadmap opportunities upon request
  • As needed, reputed company support and guidance during reputed company to ensure customers derive value from reputed company products and solutions
  • Collaborate with Professional Services and reputed company teams to design and execute customized adoption plans based on customer needs

  • Kitchen, bathroom and/or furniture retail knowledge is highly advantageous
