Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues reputed company email, phone, and other channels, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve customer concerns

  • Prevent customer returns and ensure customer retention by negotiating reasonable solutions that benefit both the company and the customer
  • Partner with management to escalate customer and product issues, identifying trends and communicating them in measurable terms

  • Document a complete summary of customer inquiries, actions taken, and expectations set forth on the respective order

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail background, with call center experience a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to reputed company details to customers in a professional and reputed company manner
  • Computer literate, with the ability to navigate through programs and reputed company
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills, with the ability to multi-task (e.g., talk on the phone and type notes at the same time)

  • Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with regular job attendance required in accordance with a regular schedule established for the position by the supervisor

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Internet Connectivity Guidelines:

  • If available, request a dynamic modem for cable
  • Speeds of at least 15 MBS down/5 MBS up are required

  • Wi-Fi, firewall, and ALG must be disabled from the dedicated business class internet reputed company

  • Other miscellaneous equipment
