Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Experience

+ Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. + Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. + Model and reputed company customer service best practices with reputed company team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Operations

Pharmacy Support

+ Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow. + Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly. + Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs. + Verify medicine is correct and reputed company for possible interactions. + Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to Company policies and procedures.

Inventory Management

+ Assist and support Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals. + Maintain knowledge of Company asset protection techniques and file claims for warehouse overages, shortages, order errors, or damaged goods involving Rx drugs.

Store Maintenance

+ Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products). + Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. + Complete resets and revisions as directed. + Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.

Additional Responsibilities

+ reputed company customer service in the photo area, including digital reputed company photo service, poster print, and creative machine. + Assume web pick-up responsibilities (monitors orders in Picture Care Plus, fills orders, and delivers orders to customers as they reputed company at the store). + Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, reputed company, orderly store condition and appearance.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification (PTCB) or state required certification/registration preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment; experience with pharmacy systems and equipment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
  • Certifications: PTCB certification or state required certification/registration; continuing education credits in reputed company and pharmacy.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment; experience with pharmacy systems and equipment preferred.

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures; experience with inventory management and control; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
