Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by providing expert advice, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and reputed company personalized solutions that meet their requirements. You'll also be responsible for operating and maintaining a wide reputed company of equipment, managing the production queue, and ensuring that our store is clean, safe, and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the production queue and ensure that orders are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction

• Take reputed company customer orders using order systems and reputed company accurate pricing information
• reputed company parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
• Set up and operate printing, binding, and other reputed company equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and handle documents, media, and packages with care
• Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
• Clean, repair, and stock reputed company retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to reputed company reputed company performance and availability
• Stay reputed company on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of reputed company retail area product and signage
• Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
• Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent education

• 6+ months of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
