Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Overnight Customer Service Representative to work an 11pm-7am overnight shift on Wednesday's and a 3pm-6pm afternoon shift on Saturdays. There may also be opportunities to work a Thursday 11PM-7AM shift. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for answering calls, taking messages, and processing customer requests in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer calls and take messages overnight to pass on to client companies
- Utilize computerized systems to reputed company process customer requests and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, ensuring that reputed company customer interactions are professional and courteous
- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and talk time goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality reputed company handling sensitive customer information
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems

- Experience in data entry and clerical tasks
