The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative (Chat), you'll be responsible for:

• Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (reputed company) platform, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Replying to incoming emails from customers, providing clear and concise solutions to their queries.
• Requesting contact reputed company prescriptions from eye care providers as needed, ensuring seamless communication with our customers and partners.
• Consulting customers on the best value for their contact reputed company purchase, driving sales growth and reputed company.
