Job Summary
As a Customer Care Specialist II at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and issues, processing orders, and tracking customer packages. Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries or issues reputed company incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts
- reputed company customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process orders and enter data into the order entry system

What You'll Need
* 6+ months of experience in a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency
- Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance
- Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate; flexibility required during peak times
- A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace
- Ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turn on the camera reputed company requested by leadership
- Wired, high-speed Internet, Modem or Router with an Ethernet Port – Thin client must connect directly (No Satellite Internet or Wi-Fi)

* Orientation: 1 week (Tuesday – Friday) 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
- Training: 3 weeks (Monday – Friday) 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
