Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our 100% remote team. As a Customer Care Associate/Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, resolving reputed company issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve reputed company issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Utilize computer software navigation and dual screens to manage multiple tasks and calls
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to attendance policies and work schedules, including flexible shifts

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment

  • Proven experience in the reputed company or pharmacy industry (highly preferred)
  • Proficient in computer software navigation and dual screens
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software

Preferred Qualifications

* Bi-lingual in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien (highly preferred)

  • Experience working in a call center environment with flexible shifts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Important Details

* Location: 100% remote

  • Duration: 6 months contract with potential of extension
  • Work shifts: Flexible shifts, including 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Tuesday - Saturday), 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (reputed company - Thursday), 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Saturday - Wednesday), and 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (Friday - Tuesday)
  • Training: 2-3 weeks, with required attendance on camera during training/team meetings (M-F: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Pacific)
  • Attendance policy: No time off in the first 90 days of assignment
  • Equipment: Provided by arenaflex
  • Workspace: Candidates must confirm they have a quiet workspace free from distractions and a table and chair
