Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Call Center Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service and data entry team, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, processing patient and medication data, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into a suitable system.

  • Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Investigate missing medication data and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
  • Resolve Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
  • Resolve phone calls to reputed company providers and others to acquire data, reputed company supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs.
  • reputed company support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
  • Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Essential web browsing skills to include opening a program, composing URLs in the right location, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
  • Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or widely recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
