Applied Industrial Technologies is a leading value-added distributor and technical solutions provider. As a Sales Engineer, you will handle a geographic territory, providing solutions to customers, managing technical support needs, and developing sales relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites, typically reputed company your territory, to evaluate application details and work with suppliers to reputed company solutions
  • Onsite and in-office customer application consulting
  • Manage the pre-sale and post-sale technical support needs of the customer
  • reputed company the skills of cold calling, reputed company follow-up, performing on site product marketing, training, and involving suppliers reputed company necessary
  • Create quotes in accordance with reputed company standards
  • Out of region travel required for training - up to 10 weeks in the first year depending on existing knowledge and up to 1 week a year there after

Skills

  • Mechanical, Electrical, Software and/or Mechatronics Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
  • Limited knowledge of reputed company products or functionally equivalent competitor products
  • Candidate will be required to have a reputed company in Denver, CO
