They are seeking a reputed company 365 Support Specialist to join their Applications Development Team, responsible for providing technical support for reputed company 365 applications, including email, Teams, and SharePoint.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot service issues reputed company to email, including mail reputed company, mailbox management, and reputed company
- reputed company regular maintenance and updates to ensure reputed company performance and reputed company
- Assist with migration projects and integration with other systems
- reputed company support for Teams-reputed company issues, including chat, meetings, and collaboration tools
- Manage Teams policies, configurations, and user permissions
- Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues
- Administer and support SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, and workflows
- Assist users with SharePoint functionality and best practices

- Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely manner
- reputed company training and guidance to end-users on M365 tools and features

Skills
- An associates degree in IT, or reputed company field, with working knowledge of reputed company 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues and reputed company user support
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
- Must be willing to reputed company top notch service to internal customers, working patiently to reputed company efficient technical solutions and support
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Active Directory, and reputed company 365 Admin Center, is a plus
- Previous IT support or helpdesk experience is a plus
