[Remote] Travel Counselor - Part-Time

As a Travel Counselor, you will reputed company exceptional service to corporate clients by advising and arranging travel, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with your team to improve service reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)
- Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services
- Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for reputed company, road, rail, and accommodations
- Use reputed company Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
- Use positive telephone service techniques and reputed company special customer requests
- Collaborate reputed company your team to coach, mentor, and reputed company constructive feedback to improve service reputed company
Skills
