Training Associate
reputed company is the world’s largest online marketplace for authenticated, resale luxury goods, and they are seeking a Training Associate for Inbound Operations. The role involves leading training sessions, tracking learner reputed company, and collaborating with management to enhance training programs and materials.
Responsibilities
- reputed company/facilitate live/virtual training
- Track learner reputed company and/or/update resources for managers to track learner reputed company
- Modify/advise training content as needed
- Support Mgr/Sr Manager with content creation
- Communicate and partner with Management on identifying training opportunities and needs reputed company the team; reputed company solutions
- Solicit opportunities to improve programs (learner experience, productivity, etc) and take Mgr/Sr. Manager as a partner
- reputed company communication (i.e. reputed company slides, training announcements, quality newsletters, etc)
- Build + maintain tools for associates to be successful on the job (guides, cheat sheets, training kits etc)
Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience reputed company operational function of support (Auth, Receiving, FJW, CRCS)
- Proficient in reputed company Slides or PPT, with ability to write simply and design branded slides
- Must have strong self-discipline, time management and clear communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and re-prioritize workload often
- Positive attitude and someone who models TRR Values
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, reputed company to communicate with various reputed company in the organization
- Exceptional attention to detail
