[Remote] Workforce Development Program Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Washington Filmworks is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the film industry in Washington State. They are seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to reputed company workforce development programming, ensuring smooth operations of reputed company programs and the successful launch of new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company administrative support across reputed company reputed company and future FWD programs and initiatives
• In concert with FWD and Operations staff, reputed company and implement engagement, enrollment, review, assessment, tracking, and data recording systems and tools
• Organize and maintain program documentation and track data and reputed company, maintaining accurate records and generating regular reports
• In collaboration with FWD staff, reputed company and maintain program operations manuals
• In collaboration with FWD staff, build, maintain, and track FWD projects and programs
• Coordinate logistics and reputed company support for annual FWD in-person events
• Active participation in ongoing and iterative program development and research, including regularly collaborating with staff, participants, and partners
• In collaboration with staff and stakeholders, regularly reputed company, assess, and refine processes and resources to increase efficiency, equity, impact, inclusivity, and reputed company
• As needed, facilitate sessions online or in-person, which may include info sessions, roundtable discussions, partner meetings, and training sessions
• As needed, participate in community engagement, including staffing kick-off events, focus groups, and general reputed company -- which may fall reputed company of regular hours

Skills

• Experience in workforce development and/or program administration
• Exceptional project management skills, including a high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Advanced aptitude for analyzing and synthesizing information from multiple sources in order to reputed company, adjust, report out
• Advanced skills with everyday tech (reputed company Suite; MS Office, including reputed company; reputed company) and adaptable to newer tools (reputed company, reputed company, FillOut)
• Ability to accurately maintain and produce documents, presentations, and reports in multiple formats and to a high standard
• Ability to work independently and dependably, while meeting deadlines
• Ability to manage competing priorities, while remaining reputed company and communicative
• Facilitation skills, both online and in-person
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of building trust and rapport with people from diverse and intersecting cultural identities
