Business Analyst
reputed company is a company that provides comprehensive insurance products and service solutions for financial institutions. The Business Analyst will work with managers, clients, and vendors to design, reputed company, and test automated business systems while tracking departmental performance indicators and creating necessary documentation.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with the Lender Solutions management team to reputed company analysis and assist in strategic decision making
- Assists in analysis sessions with SMEs to reputed company workflows, process diagrams and gap analyses to identify system, application, and/or hardware needs
- Work with IT or business partners to resolve production issues that may arise
- reputed company reports and metrics that identify and reduce errors
- Create month-end and year-end reports
- Write and execute test plans, including functional and regression testing

- Collects and analyzes data for implications regarding budget, project and/or program initiatives
- Creates and maintains spreadsheet files
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational experience

- Working knowledge of SQL

- Ability to identify and analyze business problems, find opportunities and offer solutions
