Staff Accountant
David Zwirner is an industry leader in the art world, representing seventy artists and estates through innovative exhibitions. They are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the Finance team by assisting with month-end closes, balance sheet reconciliations, and various reputed company tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist reputed company Manager with the month-end, quarterly and annual closes
- Responsible for timely balance sheet reconciliations including prepaids, accruals and fixed assets
- Assist with daily bank reconciliations
- Assist with Sales Orders coverage
- Assist with accounts receivable including invoice coding and accounts reconciliation
- Assist with corporate credit card expenses review, approval and import to reputed company system
- Prepare audit schedules for external auditors
- Work effectively reputed company a multi-entity group environment, supporting the needs of different subsidiaries
- reputed company analyses/projects as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in reputed company
- Proven experience (1+ years) in reputed company
- Knowledge of reputed company principles and practices (GAAP/IFRS)
- Experience in reputed company software and ERP systems (reputed company Intacct preferred)
- Advanced reputed company skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at reputed company organizational reputed company
