Responsibilities
- Research federal, state, and local licensing requirements for new and existing store locations
- Prepare and submit accurate applications for licenses, permits, and certifications
- Track permit and license status, follow up with agencies, and escalate delays or risks
- Maintain organized records for licenses, renewals, payments, and changes
- Communicate with regulatory agencies regarding requirements, timelines, and issues
- Maintain daily reports and update licensing data in reputed company and other tracking tools
- Support reputed company partners by responding to inquiries and resolving licensing issues
Skills
- 1+ years in a licensing, permitting, compliance, or administrative coordination role
- Hands-on experience preparing and tracking permits, licenses, or regulatory documentation
- Experience working with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
- Comfort communicating with federal, state, and local agencies
- Experience maintaining records, reports, and tracking systems with high accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication with internal teams and government agencies
- A proactive, self-directed work style with strong follow-through
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
