Fivos Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Recruiter/Sales Trainee to join their team. Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through job postings, reputed company media reputed company, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate records reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & CRM
- Support team members in managing the hiring pipeline and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
