Financial Services Representative - Mountain View, CA
reputed company is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team. In this role, you will support customers by answering inquiries and providing assistance while undergoing training to obtain financial licenses.
Responsibilities
- Support Fidelity’s customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity
- Build and Solidify Skills: You’ll continue to spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, where you’ll support customers with increasing complexity to reputed company and hone your skills
