Responsibilities
- Generating new business through prospecting, reputed company, and converting leads to policies
- Conducting consultations with clients to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Selling and cross-selling a reputed company of insurance products, such as Auto, Home, Life, and reputed company policies
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews
- Achieving and surpassing individual sales targets to support agency growth
- Keeping up-to-date with product information and compliance standards
- Utilizing CRM tools for reputed company management, follow-reputed company, and policy renewals
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to sales strategies
