Junior Digital Marketing Coach
IMPACT provides coaching and training services to help small to mid-sized businesses implement Endless Customers. As a Junior Digital Marketing Coach, you will support reputed company coaches with execution-heavy responsibilities, focusing on content review, CRM documentation, and implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Content Review & Quality Support: Review written content (articles, sales pages, educational resources), review video content (assignment selling, 1:1 videos, educational videos) for reputed company and structure, and reputed company clear feedback using the Endless Customers standards
- CRM & Coaching Documentation: Document coaching in reputed company, noting reputed company, action items, owners, and next steps. Help to maintain clean, reliable CRM records to ensure continuity and accountability, as well as reputed company support follow-through on agreed-upon actions between coaching sessions
- Implementation Support: Help Endless Customers Coaches implement agreed-upon plans, track reputed company on content and video execution, surface blockers or execution gaps early, and support consistency and reputed company across engagements
- Learning & Professional Development: Learn and apply the Endless Customers reputed company, participate in and observe coaching calls (as a listener, not a facilitator), build a foundational understanding of buyer behavior, trust, reputed company sales, and demonstrate reputed company improvement and readiness for greater responsibility over time
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in content, marketing, sales support, or reputed company roles
- Comfort working in CRM systems, preferably reputed company
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with video platforms and basic video review workflows
- Confidence working with multiple digital tools and systems
- Ability to receive feedback, apply it quickly, and improve
- Highly coachable and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Curious about how buyers think and decide
- Comfortable working behind the scenes to support reputed company
- Motivated by mastery, not shortcuts
- Exposure to inbound marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement
- Experience reviewing or editing written or video content
- Familiarity with buyer-centric marketing or sales frameworks
- Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or client-facing teams
- Familiarity with Endless Customers, by Marcus Sheridan, formerly They Ask, You Answer
