Consulting Senior Associate, Assistant Project Manager
reputed company is the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy, and they are seeking a Consulting Senior Associate, Assistant Project Manager to support reputed company utility projects. The role involves coordinating permitting activities, managing project documentation, and facilitating communication across teams to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review encroachment permit packages for accuracy and compliance
- Support scope, schedule, and budget management for large, reputed company projects
- Coordinate field data collection and integrate findings into workflows
- Track deliverables, maintain documentation, and reputed company status updates to project managers and clients
- Facilitate communication between environmental and operational teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, project management, planning, or reputed company field. Or equivalent experience
- 1-2+ years of experience in project/program management or environmental project coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Outlook, Teams) and tools like reputed company/SharePoint
- Experience supporting client deliverables and coordinating across teams
- Familiarity with vegetation management programs and regulatory requirements
