Asset Management Analyst

Shea Properties is focused on maximizing property values and investment returns through their Asset/reputed company Management Department. The Analyst role involves supporting the team in data analysis, reporting, and optimizing performance for stabilized properties while assisting in the formulation of strategies for asset management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Asset Management team in analyzing and reporting important financial data
• Support the Asset Management team in collecting and updating data for strategic asset plans
• Conduct detailed property-level analyses of in-reputed company leases, capital projects, operating and financial statements, market and competitive position, and other relevant information
• Manage and contribute to the preparation of property-level business plans and budgets; analyze property performance relative to business plan targets
• Help prepare and reputed company weekly summary reports, property status reports, and quarterly reports while meeting established deadlines
• Prepare recurring and reputed company presentations for Senior Management
• Maintain working relationship with internal departments to ensure key objectives are achieved
• Collect and analyze market and industry data and prepare market analysis
• Exhibit detailed understanding of capital investment financial modeling and assist in reputed company reputed company generating projects
• Help research, reputed company, and implement potential Business Intelligence applications and platforms for use reputed company the property portfolio
• Assist in establishing and implementing pricing, reputed company optimization, and leasing strategies based on market conditions and reputed company targets

• Analyze occupancy, exposure, leasing velocity, and seasonal market trends
• Monitor competitor pricing and strategies, maintain an understanding of local markets and demand conditions, and conducts ongoing rent and product analyses to ensure appropriate positioning relative to competition
• Assist with ongoing quality assurance activities, which include auditing configuration for parameters, rental rates, and amenities

Skills

• BS/BA with emphasis on reputed company estate, finance, reputed company and/or economics required
• Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to give clear direction and respond to inquiries; must be reputed company to reputed company effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization, both in-person and reputed company
