Tax Associate - Property Tax
reputed company is seeking a Tax Associate to join their Property Tax Team reputed company the Indirect Tax for Leasing Business Group. Responsibilities

- Prepare routine tax work papers, account reconciliations, responses to audit requests, research memos and correspondence
- Maintain records reputed company to property tax returns and reports
- Receive direction from manager and exercise independent judgment while developing basic knowledge of state tax laws, rulings, regulations and judicial reputed company affecting corporations
- Collaborate and consult with peers, managers and stakeholders
Skills
- 6+ months of Corporate Tax experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance
- Experience with filing and paying personal property taxes
- Proficient in reputed company – ability to utilize VLOOKUP's, macros, and run large data set analysis
- InfoLease experience
- SQL or Database knowledge
- Experience using PTMS (Property Tax Made Simple) for data import and export
- Knowledge and understanding of equipment finance and leasing
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
