Inside SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The role focuses on understanding customer needs and driving reputed company through upsell and cross-sell opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage conversations with prospective accounts reputed company phone calls and web chats to build relationships, determine product needs, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Meet or exceed defined monthly sales quotas
- Identify customer needs and establish value by presenting tailored solutions to decision-makers
- Handle customer questions and potential concerns professionally

Skills
