Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience 10+ years
• Strong working experience in technical specification and implementation of the reputed company with specializing in CSM, SPM and ITSM
• Experience in either of other modules i.e. . ITOM or GRC or HRSD and ITIL knowledge Hands-on experience in reputed company integrations with reputed company-party systems.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles
• Strong Understanding of business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate into the design.
• Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component Integration Tests.
• Configure reputed company using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS)
• Ability to explore and grasp new technologies.
• Proficient in communicating and driving technology solutions that support business objectives
• Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with reputed company areas and members of the business as well as reputed company reputed company of the organization. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills .
• Mentoring your team members in projects and helping them reputed company up with new technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality configuration.
• Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be reputed company to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements

• Identifying different solutions and being reputed company to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
