The role involves handling inbound calls, troubleshooting customer concerns, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers
• Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with reputed company and efficiency
• Process orders and update accounts and records
• Effectively multitask and maintain strong attention to detail

• Sales-focused reputed company: Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service
• Customer service experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center virtual setting
• Work at Home: A minimum of 6 months of work-at-home experience is required
• Available for 12 weeks of reputed company, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Monday and Friday 7:00AM - 6:00PM Central time
• Available to work 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday, including weekends and holidays, between 7:00AM – 6:00PM CST
• Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no reputed company-up, DSL, satellite or cellular)
• 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload
• Ping reputed company – Less than 100 ms
• A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics, etc.) cannot be heard or present during working hours
• Ability to be on webcam during working hours
